I wasn’t the original poster, but actually, I was looking it up last night :) Here’s the tie (in red obviously). The shirt is your basic gingham variety, like this, or this. The sweater is very common in practically any mens store, and I have a few.

The watch is the thing I’m most interested in. The canvas band is probably this one. As for the face, it’s hard to tell, but it could be an Invicta (edit: probably not this one, but I haven’t looked through all of Invicta’s faces). Personally I’d consider a more subtle color than gold and pure white, and go with this.
